Course Description:
Introduce staff to the use of the incident command system to manage incidents or emergencies
Objectives:
Upon completion of this program, the participant should be able to:
1. Identify the members of the Command Staff and determine who may fill those roles within their organization.
2. Identify the general staff positions
3. Understand the chain of command to secure resources during an emergency.
