Goal/ Intended Audience This presentation discusses the basic purpose of the Iowa/Nebraska Primary Care Association, or IA/NEPCA. IA/NEPCA serves primary care providers in Iowa and Nebraska, including community health centers and other "safety-net" providers, and is the link between the primary care practitioners and policymakers at the state and local levels in both states.
